MEYER PLOW HELP - FAQ

These are typically found on vehicles older than 1991. The Lift Frame, pup, and lights are permanently (bolted) attached to the vehicle. Only the blade is removed from the vehicle.

Meyer EZ Classic Mounting Cartons (Tube Style) where the Lift Frame is made of tubular steel and can be removed from the vehicle by removing two pins.

The MD II and the EZ Plus allow the complete plow assembly to be removed from the vehicle by pulling spring loaded pins. The MD II has (2) Blue Handle Pins on each side, and (1) Yellow Handle Pin on each side. The EZ Plus has (2) Blue Handle Pins on each side.

The Drive Pro is a downsized version of the EZ Plus, however there are two spring loaded pins attached to a single handle that is pulled to remove the plow assembly from the vehicle.

The Meyer ST Series is the oldest design. It began in the 1950's and ran until it was discontinued in 2009, and replaced by the Drive Pro 7'6' which was renamed the Lot Pro LD in 2014.

The Meyer C Series Moldboards came out in 1969 and were also known as the "Husky". They were discontinued in 2009, and replaced by the Lot Pro Series.

The Meyer TM ran from the late 1970's until it was discontinued in 2009. It was replaced by the very similar Drive Pro.

The HM Series were used on municipal trucks and available in 9' and 10' widths, and were replaced by the Aggressor Series, which was renamed the Road Pro Series.

Current production, available in 6', 6' 8" and 7' 6" Widths.

The Lot Pro is the current production Commercial Moldboard. It is available in 7' 6", 8', 8' 6", 9', and 10' widths. The Lot Pro LD is ONLY available in 7' 6".

The Road Pro 32 is available in 8', 9', and 10' widths.

These are currently called Diamond Edge plows now that Diamond has been fully absorbed into Meyer.

The Meyer Super V Plows have flat topped wings. he Super V2 plows have flared Moldboards.

Don't expect much here due to these units being obsolete for so long, and parts also being obsolete for so long. Buy a nice rebuilt E-46 to replace these.

Quite possibly the most popular plow pump ever just because of the long run they had from late 1973 - 2005.

The E-57 had a short run from 2001 - 2007. Most of the E-58H is identical except the PA Block.

The E-58H came out in 2007 and replaced the E-47, E-57, and E-60 for all straight blades.

The E-60 debuted in 1991 and was discontinued in 2009. It was briefly replaced by the E-61H.

This was a short lived unit used to operate the EZ Vector V Plow which was also short lived.

The E-68 was an updated version of the E-88 (I know the numbers go backwards) used to operate the Xpress Plow.

The V-68H was used to operate the Meyer Super V Plows. It was quickly replaced by the V-70 Hydraulic unit.

The E-70 was used to operate the Aggressor plows. It was an option for trucks that did not have central hydraulics to operate the plow. These units are rare to see.

The V-70 is the standard hydraulic unit to operate the standard Meyer Super V Plows. It replaced the V-68H.

The V-71 is used ONLY on the Super VLD 7.5' plows.

Originally released as an upgrade to operate straight blades in 2010, in 2014 it because the standard hydraulic unit used on all Meyer straight blades.

This unit was originally used to wirelessly control the Xpress Plow. It was quickly upgraded to the E-68.

These were the first Meyer plow lights to incorporate a turn signal. Prior to this the turn signal was a separate light. These were used in the 1970's up into the early 1980's.

These were a very short lived light on Meyer plows.

These were used from the late 1980's up until the early 2000's. They have a wrap around turn signal light built in and say "Meyer by truck-Lite" on top of the light housings.

These came about because vehicle manufacturers made changes to the vehicles that required the plow lights to be completely isolated from the vehicle headlight systems. they were standard from around 2003 up until 2013 when the Nite Saber II lights became standard.

these became standard, replacing the Nite Saber plow lights. They use the same wiring and Modules as the Nite Saber Lights.
